This Service Delivery & Refund Policy explains how Dynamic Online Technologies (SMC-PVT) LTD., trading as The Dot Dev (“we”, “us”, “our”), delivers professional digital services and how cancellation and refund requests are handled. It applies to website, application and software work, audits, support and related professional services agreed with clients. We do not sell or ship physical products.
Business identity
The Dot Dev is the trading brand used for our client-facing services.
Our legal entity is Dynamic Online Technologies (SMC-PVT) LTD.
Office address: 68-B Garden Block, New Garden Town, Lahore 54000, Pakistan.

Services covered
We provide digital professional services, which may include website design and development, ecommerce builds, applications and software, technical audits, ongoing support, maintenance and related consulting.
Deliverables are digital or service-based. We do not provide physical-product fulfilment, warehousing or shipping.
How services are delivered
Delivery begins after the agreed scope, payment terms and any necessary client access, approvals or materials are in place.
Depending on the engagement, delivery may be provided through staging environments, production websites or applications, code repositories, administrative access, email, shared documents, reports or other digital channels appropriate to the work.
Where a project depends on third-party platforms, hosting, domains, APIs or client-supplied content, timing may depend on those dependencies as well as on timely client feedback.
Scope, pricing and delivery timing
Project scope, pricing, milestones, deliverables and expected delivery timing are set out in the written proposal, statement of work, order form, platform order or other written agreement accepted by both parties.
If the written agreement and this policy differ on a specific point, the written agreement for that engagement takes precedence for that engagement.
Enquiries submitted through the website, Foyer or email do not by themselves create a binding contract or fixed delivery date.
Reviewing deliverables and raising concerns
Clients should review deliverables promptly when provided and tell us about any material concern through hello@thedotdev.com or the support channel named in the relevant agreement.
Raising a concern in good time helps us investigate, clarify scope and address legitimate issues while work is still active.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed case by case against the written agreement, work already completed, costs already incurred, applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
We do not promise automatic refunds. Any refund, credit or adjustment depends on what was agreed in writing and what has already been delivered or procured.
The following are examples of amounts that are not automatically refundable once incurred or delivered, unless the written agreement says otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise:
- work that has already been completed and delivered in line with the agreed scope
- third-party services, subscriptions, licences or platform fees paid on the client’s behalf or for the client’s project
- domain registrations, hosting, software subscriptions and approved external costs
- custom work, research, configuration or preparation undertaken before a cancellation request
Recurring and future services
Where a client has ongoing support, maintenance, hosting management or another recurring service, it may be stopped in line with the notice or termination terms in the relevant written agreement.
Stopping future or recurring service does not reverse work, access or deliverables already provided before the stop date, and does not by itself entitle the client to a refund for completed periods or completed work.
Payments
Payments are processed through approved payment providers or platforms named in the relevant proposal, invoice or agreement.
We do not collect or store payment card details through this website policy page. Card and wallet processing is handled by the relevant payment provider under its own terms and security controls.
Contact and updates
Questions about service delivery, cancellations or refunds can be sent to hello@thedotdev.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our services after an update is posted may be subject to the revised policy where permitted by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
