This page is provided for general information and should not be considered legal advice.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of thedotdev.com and any service that links to these terms, including Agentic Bridge, operated by Dynamic Online Technologies LTD, trading as The Dot Dev. By using the website or an applicable service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, scrape content in a way that harms our systems, or use the site in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the website at any time for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
Enquiries and project briefs
Submitting a contact form or project brief does not create a binding contract. It is an enquiry only. Any proposal, quote, statement of work, or agreement becomes binding only when both parties explicitly accept written terms.
Project scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are defined separately for each engagement.
Agentic Bridge
What Agentic Bridge does
Agentic Bridge is a WordPress plugin with optional hosted services. It helps authorised site owners review public website readiness, understand AI-readable site signals and prepare or manage files such as llms.txt and agent-map.json.
Some plugin features can work inside WordPress without a hosted account. Hosted features may include a dashboard, monitoring, history, reports, multi-site tools and supported connections. The features available to you depend on the version or plan you use.
Agentic Bridge does not replace WordPress as your publishing system. Your WordPress site remains the authority for page status, content, visibility and publishing decisions.
Public content checks
Agentic Bridge is designed to check content that your website makes publicly accessible. This can include public page text, titles, URLs, status codes, canonical information, robots directives, structured data and other technical metadata needed for a readiness check.
Agentic Bridge is not designed to collect customer records, form submissions, orders, users, passwords or private account information. Drafts, private pages, password-protected pages and content marked noindex are outside the intended scanning scope.
You must not configure or use Agentic Bridge to bypass access controls or send private information to the hosted service.
Preview, approval and publishing
Connecting a site to the hosted dashboard requires an action by an authorised WordPress administrator. Before content or scan material is sent to the hosted service, Agentic Bridge should show what is in scope and ask for confirmation.
Where a feature can create, update or publish an artifact, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the proposed output. We will not treat a preview, recommendation or readiness result as permission to publish or change your website.
You can remove or disable generated artifacts through the controls made available by the plugin. Generated files are derived from the WordPress content and settings available at the time they are created. They may become incomplete or out of date when your website changes.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the connected website or have authority from its owner to install the plugin, run checks and use any hosted connection.
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy, legality and rights status of your website content
- deciding which public content should be included or excluded
- reviewing readiness findings and generated artifacts
- obtaining any internal, client or regulatory approval needed before publishing or syncing
- keeping WordPress, the plugin and your access credentials secure
- maintaining your own website backups
- checking changes on an appropriate test or staging environment where the risk requires it
Managing a site for someone else
If you manage a website for someone else, you are responsible for making sure your use of Agentic Bridge is covered by your agreement with that client and by the site's own privacy notice where required.
No promise of rankings or AI visibility
Agentic Bridge provides technical checks, structured summaries and publishing tools. It does not control search engines, AI systems, crawlers or third-party platforms.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, crawling, citations, mentions, AI recommendations, search placement, leads, sales or revenue. A readiness score, generated file or successful technical check is not proof that a third-party system will retrieve, cite or recommend a website.
Third-party systems can change their rules, formats and behaviour at any time. You should treat Agentic Bridge results as practical guidance, not as a promise of a particular outcome.
Accounts, deletion and retention
You may request closure of a hosted Agentic Bridge account by emailing hello@thedotdev.com from the account address or by using an account deletion control if one is available.
After a verified closure request, we will disable hosted access and delete or de-identify active account data that we no longer need within 30 days. We may retain limited information where it is reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Residual copies may remain in protected backups for up to 90 days before being overwritten through the normal backup cycle. Backup copies are not used for ordinary product activity and will not be restored except for disaster recovery, security or legal requirements.
Closing a hosted account does not automatically remove the WordPress plugin, local plugin settings or files already published on your site. You remain responsible for removing those items from WordPress.
Availability, backups and providers
We aim to operate Agentic Bridge with reasonable care, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, security work, internet failures, hosting incidents, WordPress changes and third-party provider issues may affect availability or results.
We may use hosting, database, storage, email, security and monitoring providers to operate the service. Their systems can experience outages, delays or data recovery limits outside our direct control.
Agentic Bridge is not a website backup service. Keep independent backups of your WordPress site, database and published files.
Acceptable use
You must not use Agentic Bridge to:
- scan or connect a website without authority
- bypass authentication, robots controls or other access restrictions
- upload or transmit passwords, payment data, customer records, orders, form submissions or other private data
- introduce malware or interfere with the service or another user's site
- probe, overload, reverse engineer or attempt to defeat security or usage controls except where applicable law expressly permits it
- create deceptive, unlawful or rights-infringing content or artifacts
- misrepresent a readiness result as a guarantee or independent certification
- use the service in a way that breaches applicable law or another person's rights
Limits, suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, connected sites, providers or the service. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to correct the issue.
Support boundaries
Support covers the Agentic Bridge features and versions we currently support. It does not include general WordPress administration, custom development, third-party plugin conflicts, search-engine decisions, AI-platform decisions, content approval, legal compliance or recovery of a website that has not been backed up.
Any managed implementation, remediation, custom integration or service-level commitment must be agreed separately in writing. Support responses and target times are goals unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
We may change, add or retire features for security, reliability, legal or product reasons. Where a material change affects a paid hosted service, we will give reasonable notice when practicable.
AI-assisted guidance
Foyer provides automated guidance based on approved information available to it. Its responses may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect and are not professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
Foyer may help you explore services or prepare an enquiry. A Foyer response, recommendation or draft does not confirm a quote, price, scope, suitability, delivery time, availability, start date or contract.
Quotes, project scope, timing, availability and contract terms become binding only when they are confirmed by an authorised member of The Dot Dev's human team through the applicable written agreement. Using Foyer or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a contract or guarantee that we can accept the work.
Do not use Foyer for emergencies or to submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

You may view and share links to our pages for personal or business reference. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit site content without our prior written permission.
You keep your rights in your website content. You give us only the limited permission needed to process authorised content and settings so we can provide Agentic Bridge to you.
Portfolio and blog content
Case studies, portfolio items, testimonials, and blog posts are provided for general information and to illustrate our work. They may not reflect every detail of a client engagement and should not be relied on as a guarantee of future results.
Third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names shown in portfolio work remain the property of their respective owners.
External links
Our website may link to third-party websites such as Fiverr, social platforms, or client sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites. Accessing external links is at your own risk.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free. Maintenance, hosting issues, or updates may cause temporary downtime.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamic Online Technologies LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
If you rely on information from this website, you do so at your own discretion. For project-specific advice, please contact us directly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made by search engines, AI systems or other third-party platforms, or for loss caused by relying on a readiness score or generated artifact without reviewing it.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to use of this website, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
